Pricing Transparency:

• Our pricing is based on the experience level of our stylists, ensuring fair and reflective charges.

• Please note that the prices listed on our website are estimates. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair.

Booking Deposits:

• A 10%  deposit is required for all  bookings. 

 

Service Timing:

• The service durations listed online only cover the service itself, excluding processing time. Please call ahead for estimated appointment durations.

 

Sustainability Initiative:

• We're proud to be a Sustainable Salon. A small Green fee of $3 is added to each visit to help reduce salon waste.

 

Appointment Reminders:

• We'll send you a friendly reminder via text or email two days before your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid charges.
